From U.S. Route # 81

Exit # 43 (Nuangola)
Exiting from Southbound Lane

  1. At exit stop-sign, bear to left and go to next stop-sign at Church Road.
  2. Turn right onto Church Road,
  3. Continue straight (becomes Stairville Road, Rice Township Elementary School is on right) to next stop-sign (Bleim Corners/Blytheburn Road & Stairville Road).
  4. Continue straight on Stairville Road to next 4-way intersection (Vandermark Corners/St. Mary’s Road & Stairville Road); notice the white horse-corral fences on right.
  5. Turn left onto St. Mary’s Road, "Precision Machine Company" will be on your left.
  6. Continue on St. Mary’s Road (winding road for about 2 miles) to next stop-sign (Dorrance Corners).
  7. Continue straight on St. Mary’s Road – Church is on right.

Exit # 42 (Dorrance)
Exiting from Northbound Lane

  1. At exit stop-sign, turn left. Road goes under Rt. # 81, notice sign, "Slusser Brothers, Small Mountain Quarry" on right; continue straight to stop-sign (Blue Ridge Trail & Sunset Road).
  2. Turn right, go over one lane bridge and continue on this winding road. "Rustic Tavern" will be on your left, continue straight.
  3. Continue past Alberdeen Road, notice "Andy’s Gulf Service Station" on right.
  4. Continue ( notice "Dorrance Township Municipal Building" on left) to next 4-way stop sign at Dorrance Corners (St. Mary’s Road).
  5. Turn left onto St. Mary’s Road – Church is on right.

From Route # 309 (Vicinity of St. Jude’s Church, Mountain Top)

Heading South (Church of St. Jude is on left), turn right at light (Konn’s Corners) onto Church Road.

Northbound, turn left onto Church Road at Konn’s Corners.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Follow Church Road to next 4-way stop-sign (Albert Corners).
  2. Turn left onto the Old Hazleton Highway (Main Road).
  3. Continue straight to stop-sign at "Y" and bear right onto Alberdeen Road. ("Knights of Columbus Council Home" will be on your left).
  4. Continue on Alberdeen Road to next stop-sign (Blue Ridge Trail), "Andy’s Gulf Service Station" will be on right.
  5. Turn right onto Blue Ridge Trail and continue to next 4-way stop-sign (Dorrance Corners).
  6. Turn left onto St. Mary’s Road – Church is on right.
